We are a faith-based organization operating under the leadership of Bishop Norman Dennis and Prophetess Karin Dennis, and legally incorporated to conduct ministry, biblical training, and community outreach activities.

Donations Policy

Thank you for your interest in supporting Zoe International Organization, Inc. (“ZIO”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Your generosity plays a vital role in helping us fulfill our mission of advancing the Kingdom of God through ministry, biblical training, community outreach, and promoting faith in a God of many chances.

This Donations Policy outlines the legal, financial, and operational terms associated with making contributions to ZIO. By donating through our website or any affiliated platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Tax-Exempt Status

Zoe International Organization, Inc. is a Florida-based nonprofit religious organization, duly incorporated under Chapter 617 of the Florida Statutes and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity.

2. Purpose of Donations

  • Biblical Education & Training Programs (leadership training, discipleship courses, online/in-person classes)
  • Infrastructure, facility costs, and administrative support directly related to ZIO’s mission

Unless otherwise designated in writing by the donor and accepted by ZIO, all donations are considered unrestricted, allowing the organization to apply funds wherever they are most needed.

3. Methods of Giving

ZIO accepts donations through the following secure methods:

  • Online via this website (encrypted payment gateway)
  • Bank transfer or wire (upon request)
  • Check or money order payable to "Zoe International Organization, Inc."
  • In-person giving at organizational events or services

All digital donations are processed via trusted third-party payment processors using SSL encryption and industry-standard PCI-compliant security.

4. Receipts and Documentation
  • A donation receipt will be issued immediately for online contributions and within 10 business days for offline methods.
  • Year-end giving statements are issued by January 31st of the following year for total contributions exceeding $250.

5. Recurring Donations

Donors may choose to set up recurring donations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) via our donation platform. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment and contact information. You may cancel or modify your recurring donation at any time by:

  • Logging into your donor account (if applicable)
  • Emailing Security@ZoeIO.org with your full name, email address, and cancellation request
6. Refund Policy
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Unauthorized use of a donor’s financial information
  • Errors in the donation amount

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the transaction and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days.

7. Donor Privacy

We deeply value the trust of our donors and are committed to protecting your privacy. ZIO does not sell, rent, trade, or share donor information with third parties, except as required by law or to process your donation securely.

All donor data is stored on secure platforms, and communications are handled through encrypted email and verified staff accounts.

8. Compliance and Accountability

ZIO complies with all state and federal laws governing nonprofit entities and charitable giving, including but not limited to:

  • IRS 501(c)(3) reporting and public disclosure requirements
  • Florida Solicitation of Contributions Act (Fla. Stat. § 496)
  • Annual filing obligations with the IRS (Form 990) and Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) **We are exempt**

Audit and financial statements are made available to donors and the public in accordance with applicable laws.
