Site Statement of Legal Status (SSL)

This Site Statement of Legal Status (“SSL”) is hereby issued by Zoe International Organization, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit entity duly organized and operating under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.

1. Organizational Identity and Scope

Zoe International Organization, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “ZIO” or “the Organization”) is established as a Florida-based religious and charitable entity. ZIO operates exclusively for religious, educational, and charitable purposes, in accordance with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and governed by applicable provisions of Florida Statutes, including but not limited to Chapter 617 (Florida Not For Profit Corporation Act) .

2. Purpose and Covered Activities

This SSL governs all aspects of the Organization's operations as reflected and promoted through its official website and all affiliated digital platforms, including but not limited to:

Religious Ministry Services, including preaching, spiritual counseling, deliverance, worship, and discipleship activities;
Biblical Training and Educational Programs, encompassing scriptural teaching, ministry development, leadership training, and educational content delivery;
Community Outreach Initiatives, including but not limited to food distribution, public service activities, assistance to vulnerable populations, and other forms of humanitarian aid;
Organizational Events, Conferences, Workshops, and Public Engagements conducted under the name and authority of Zoe International Organization;
All auxiliary programs, business activities, and training centers directly owned, governed, administered, or managed under the spiritual and operational oversight of Zoe International Organization and its Board of Directors.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Zoe International Organization is incorporated and operating under the laws of the State of Florida and is subject to the legal jurisdiction and authority thereof. Any legal matters, interpretations, disputes, or issues arising out of the operations, use, or interpretation of the Organization’s services or this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The appropriate venue for any legal action shall be a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Florida.

4. Organizational Authority

All content, programs, and initiatives promoted or made available through this website are administered under the spiritual leadership of Bishop Norman Dennis and Prophetess Karin Dennis, co-founders of Zoe International Organization, alongside its legally appointed officers and Board of Directors. No third-party entity, individual, or affiliate is authorized to represent or bind the Organization without expressed, written consent by the governing body of ZIO.

5. Effective Date

This SSL is made effective as of July 1, 2025, and remains in force unless and until modified, amended, or superseded by official action of the Board of Directors or by operation of law.
